Who on this list of wrestlers could be...?

I would choose Regal because he is a very technically sound, talented wrestler. He is very underrated in the WWE and has been committed to that company for years. He plays the role of a heel very well and has good mic skills...so not only does he deserve a chance at the title but he also would be a good champion. I can imagine the good feuds he could have with some of the wrestlers on that brand.
