Uhmm.. erectial disfunction..?

alright so my boyfriend and i have been together for a while and this one time he couldnt 'get it up' and he got all depressed and thought he had e.d. and then yesterday i was with all my friends and me and him were sitting there n idk what he was doing but it doesnt really matter and he was like im waking 'them' up theyre sleeping! (like he was kidding around) and then i said "oh like always." but it was totaly an accident and he got super mad and ignored me the rest of the night and i still havent talked to him today. i'm jw how long will he be mad. ikik it was a bitchy thing to say but i didnt mean it. and i've applogized a million times.
