Is it ok to wear shoes / boots that slightly pinch?

It definitely is ok, however it will be painful by the end of the day. My foot constantly changes sizes, I used to be a 6 now I am 7, and I still wear my favorite shoes that don't fit, but my feet pay for it. It's all about if you care about this or not.
