Can I use alcohol-free mouthwash after getting my wisdom teeth removed?

It's been 3 days since I got all four of my wisdom teeth removed. The Post-Operation instruction paper that my dentist gave me says that a clean mouth heals faster. I'm trying to heal ASAP, so I'm wondering if i can use alcohol-free Crest pro-health mouthwash without swishing. I'll just tilt my head back and forth and gargle.
