To much tummy..=[?

Not to worry this is your best answer! I lost 20 pounds in 1year 1/2 eat wat u like but a couple exceptions avoid large pasta dinners pasta lunches is ok, snacks that have protein like peanuter and eat any other hunger away wit salads lite dressing only . As for your work out stretch for 30 min in morning (before any thing else food shower toilet use.then eat and take a walk and begin your day. PS eat nothing at all while lying in bed a bad habit to gain.
