email them and ask. they should do, i think it's a very reasonable thing to do as no doubt your spend countless hours earning your points, and the number of people with the number of point you have is minimal, so it is quite a good idea for them perhaps donate $1 per 1000points, they would not lose out on any money because there would be a large customer base answering questions in order to earn for charities
