16 weeks feeling baby and listening to music...?

I'm 16 weeks pregnant and I can feel my baby, mostly in the morning pokind around. It's real light but I can feel it, and I love it! Anyways, today I was in the car playing loud music, and I felt the baby movin around more then usual. My question, can my baby hear yet?
