Should I ignore my neighbor?

I live in a duplex and our neighbors are very quiet and to themselves.One of our neighbors moved his girlfriend in and she seems like shes drunk everytime I see her. One time I came home and she was yelling something at me about not telling her that her boyfriend called her, I ignored her cause I dont talk to her b/f, just know I came home from being out with my girlfriend and as soon as I was going to go inside she says" look honey its ur girlfriend and shes dressed like a slu@#" I couldnt believe it but I wasnt going to say anything because I am not a confrontational person. I dont know if I should complain to the landlords or call the police if she says something else,any advice?
