I miscarried @ 3 MONTHS, HAVE I SUFFERD MEDICAL MALPRACTICE?

I had just hit the 3mo. mark in my pregnancy. On Memorial Day 2009 @ 7pm I enter an emergency room, I go through the normal process of sign-in, vitals, registration, and triage; wich is completed around 8pm. I have explained the to the triage nurse that I saw very few drops of blood while in the restroom and for the past two previous days i have had a very light pink discharge, she then proceeds to explain to me that this is normal and sends me back to the waiting room. It is nearly 10pm when my name is called to be given a bed in the ob/gyn clinic. When I speak to the nurse in the ob/gyn clinc i explain to her the bleeding is getting worse and i have started experiencing light cramping on my lower left side. she listens, draws my blood then escorts me to my room and tells me that an ultrasound has been ordered. It was 12pm when a nurse came to wheel me to the ultrasound room. she conducts the ultrasound during the proceedure i hear my baby's heart beat more than a few times (every time she moved her instrument to my right side). The ultrasound nurse then walks away without a word and im left in the ultrasound room for about 45min. until another nurse comes to wheel me bak to my room @ this point the bleeding has worsened. from this point foward i sit in the room alone without a word from anyone @ around 2am a woman walks into my room and says "Oh, im in the wrong room, you've been seen already" and then walks out! i get up and walk to the nurses and approached the woman who had just walked into my room and asked her if i could call my family because i'm getting scared. i told her that i have not been seen by a physician and i have been here since 7pm. she then looks at my chart and says "you haven't?, these darn computers." she then tells me to go back to my room, she comes into see me and i told her i had my blood drawn and an ultrasoud and i have been waiting since. she then tells me shes going to check my ultrasound when she comes back an hour later she say "im going to discharge you, your having a miscarriage" she dosent explain to me what happened, whats going to happen, what my blood work or ultrasound says or anything. so i go home. 1 day pes where and i am bleeding and ping tissue so i figure since the people @ the emergency room where so nonchalante about everything i was going through maybe this is normal. day 2 comes and i am bleeding alot still ping tissue, that night in my sleep i began having horrible pains to the point of hardly being able to sleep. i wake up that morning in horrible pain so i go back to the emergency room where go through the whole proceedure all over again.I explain to the triage nurse that i have been bleeding purfusely since the previous night. Im sent back to the waiting area. im sitting in the waiting area for over two hours and the pain and the bleeding gets worse and worse i begin to feel as though im about to p out so i go to let the emergency room attendant know and she screams @ me to go sit down. I was in too much pain to respond, so mortified i go sit down where my name is called an hour later, and im given a room again. @ this point im sreaming i pain, the nurse irritated with my wails of pain come in to my room and tells me to "shut up" i explain to her that the pain is becoming unbearable she says theres nothing she can do for me so be quite she has more serious cases to deal with, she then said i would get an iv and morphine and leaves the room. the pains where coming in the form of what seemed like contractions. i would be ok for a second then the pain would come back and everytime it came back it was worse and worse. everytime i yelled in pain a nurse would come in and say something rude. I was even told by one nurse that i wasnt really in pain because "people in pain dont yell and scream it makes it worse". The nurse then comes in the room with two face towels and proceeds to tell me that shes about to shove one in my mouth and this would help. i yelled help and she ran out the room. @ some point a doctor finally comes to see me he takes one look @ me pushes down on my pelvis and say "one second i need to get a nurse in here for a pelvic exam", when i did the exam he commented on how much i had been bleeding and the amount of tissuse that was blocking my cervix, it was so painful! after the doctor was done i felt 100% better. after the doctor leaves the very same nurses that had been yelling @ me came and to apologize for how they had treated me the main nurse stated that she "saw all the tissuse and she had no idea" . @ this point i tell her im no longer in pain. so begins to pock my over six times trying to find a vein to do an iv she has to get another nurse to do it. at this point i think im getting fluids for my body and since i told her i wasnt in pain the morphine would be no longer needed, as soon as she puts the iv in my arm and gets the fluids going she also adds the morphine without my consent. and then i get sent home all drugged
