Why don't I want to hang out with certain races?

I am from the UK. I live in a very white neighborhood. I try to tolerate other people, but I just freak out when I see black people in my surrounding neighborhood. I read somewhere that "England" was a racially tolerant country but I beg to differ. I really don't want to ociate with black people. I have no black friends. The UK is also very racist from my experience. How can I deal with them when I see them?
