What happens with ault with officer?

ok so i got pulled over the other night and to top it off i was parked so i can use my cell phone i guess he stopped for suspicion but any ways he told me to get out of car so i get out the car and he ask me for license i told him i dont have one then he grabs my arm and takes me with him.....i was grabbing me aggressively so i threw myself of with some strength and ran he then tasered me and slam my face to the floor where i suffered injuries and my face looks messed up now..he charged me with ault just because i threw myself away...i think this is wrong!!
