Please help answer this question.....rather confused?

I would guess that this is a property in the middle or upper middle cl bracket. It's clearly not a mansion, but sounds like a very desirable house in a beautiful part of the country. It is difficult to clify accurately, because different people put the dividing lines in different places, and without knowing the price of the property, and the size of the land it stands on, etc. accuracy is no more than a stab in the dark. However, I am jealous - it sounds nice!
