If I have desgned a leaflet using Microsoft word, how can I merge all text boxes into one image in PDF?

The final text image is a result of putting several images and words together. Now I want to merge them into one image saved in PDF so that one cannot select any of them individualy especially using advanced tool (Object or Text) selector. Thank you mates.
