How boring is Kuwait?

It's a fact that Kuwait is a boring place compared to other countries in the Persian Gulf region. I've been told about how boring Kuwait can be any time of the year. Tourism doesn't really exist in the country. The only places people can go to are shopping malls such as Sharq Center and Marina Mall. So, boredom seems to dominate the daily life for any one in Kuwait.
