The easiest way to make blends in adobe photoshop CS or CS2?

Can someone please help me? i need help on how to make blends the easiest way using to or more pictures in photoshop. So can u please giv me the step by steps on how to make the blends between 2 or more images? I really apprieciate it since I am having difficulty making blends.
