Can we get pregnant with pulling out method?

hello every body.i had M/C in march .no DNC .Dr advised me dont try for baby 3 month i was useing condom but this month my husbend didnt use condom he did pulling out method in my ovulation's days.at day of 25 of my peiod afte i had pinck spot and next morning also i had pink spot.what do u think with pulling out method i am pregnant and this pink spot is implantation bleeding.any body have this experince?
