Applying for a uk provisional license online?

Hi I applied for my uk provisional license via online a few days ago. I'm only 16 years 2 months old, my main concern is that when it asked if I receive disability allowance I said no. It then said that I can only receive a provisional license for a moped. I then decided to go back and say yes, (In this criteria, you are allowed to drive a car at the age of 16). After completing the transaction, I received an email confirming that there will be a validation check going on. After that I'm going to receive my license. I'm just worried that if my application fails, what would happen would I receive a refund of �50 which I paid for? Or would they just send me a provisional license for a moped, and with that provisional license for a moped, could I use that license to drive a car, if not would I need to apply for another provisional license and so would I have to pay another �50?
